Important Notes

• TCS on Foreign Travel: Indian government collects advance tax in the form of TCS on all foreign travel packages. We will apply a 5% (or 20% if your total forex transactions are above 10 Lac in the financial year) TCS to the total package cost, which will be deposited with the income tax department against your PAN number. This amount will be adjusted against your total tax liability for the respective financial year.

Terms And Conditions

• This is a group travel itinerary; if there are different arrival and departure times, participants may need to wait at the airport terminal until the group assembles. The final schedule will be communicated by the trip captain only three days before the group's departure.
• The trip captain reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we will strive to cover all planned destinations.
• The itineraries provided are indicative of our intentions. Unpredictable factors such as local weather conditions, events, festivals, and political or security issues may necessitate changes to the itinerary.
• The approval of the visa is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or high commission. Our role is limited to facilitating the visa application based on the requirements set forth by the embassy or high commission, on a best-effort basis.
• Please reconfirm your flight timings with the airline company 72 hours before departure to account for any changes in the flight schedule.
• Special requests made to hotels, such as bed type, interconnecting or adjacent rooms, early check-in, and late check-out, are subject to availability upon check-in and are solely at the discretion of hotel management. Any associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Organizers strictly prohibit the use of narcotics and banned substances during tours and cannot be held responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from such actions.
• Any form of misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated during the tours. We pride ourselves on being a friendly travel community and aim to provide you with a hassle-free and memorable experience.
• Weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances are strictly prohibited on this tour. Management will not take responsibility for any individual found in violation of Indian law.
• Significant fluctuations in foreign exchange rates or government taxes may necessitate a revision of prices until the final instalment payment is made.
