Bhagsu Nag to Karthani Camp via Bhagsu Waterfall

Bhagsu Waterfall, Karthani Campsite

Meet at Bhagsu Nag Taxi Stand and begin your guided trek through forest trails lined with deodar, oak, fir, and rhododendron. Pass Bhagsu Waterfall and enjoy panoramic views of Bhagsu village, McLeod Ganj, Dharamshala, and the Kangra Valley before reaching Karthani camp, around 700 meters below Triund Top. Settle into camp, watch the sunset, and enjoy evening tea and dinner.

Day 02

Karthani Camp to Triund Top and descent to Bhagsu Nag

Triund

After breakfast, hike uphill from Karthani to Triund Top and take in sweeping mountain and valley views. Spend time at the summit before beginning the longer downhill return trek through scenic landscapes back to Bhagsu Nag, where the experience ends around midday.

Please arrive at Bhagsu Nag Taxi Stand by 10:00 AM on Day 1.
Trek difficulty is easy to moderate, with some steep uphill sections.
The total trekking distance is approximately 16 km round trip.
Camping is arranged near Triund/Karthani subject to local regulations and weather.
Only vegetarian meals are included during the trek.
Mobile network may be patchy on the trail and unavailable near the top.
Weather in the mountains can change quickly; warm layers are recommended year-round.
This trek is not recommended during severe weather or if local authorities restrict access.
