Winter road conditions in Spiti can be slippery, narrow, and subject to closures.
Sightseeing is weather and road dependent and may change without prior notice.
A minimum of 3 travelers is required for group departure operation.
In winter, room sharing in Kaza and Tabo is generally triple or quad sharing only.
Common washrooms may be used in some stays due to winter water pipe issues.
Solo travelers may be paired with same-gender guests unless a single room is booked at extra cost.
Meals included are served only at the stays; packed meals are not provided.
Electricity, running water, and mobile network may be limited in remote areas.
Guests must arrive on time at the designated pickup point; missed departures require self-arranged catch-up.
No refunds are provided for unused services or weather-related disruptions.
