Dehradun to Pantwari and trek to base camp

Dehradun Railway Station, Pantwari Village, Nag Tibba Base Camp

Meet in Dehradun and drive to Pantwari village. Start the trek through forest and meadow trails, passing scenic Himalayan terrain before reaching Nag Tibba Base Camp. Settle into tents, enjoy evening tea and dinner, and spend the night camping.

Summit Nag Tibba and return to Dehradun

Wake early for the summit ascent. Reach Nag Tibba summit for panoramic views of Bandarpoonch, Kedarnath, Swargarohini, and Gangotri peaks. Descend to base camp for lunch, trek back to Pantwari, and drive to Dehradun.

Know Before You Go

The trek is rated easy to moderate and is suitable for beginners with basic fitness.
Best season is from October to June.
The trek reaches an altitude of about 3,022 meters.
If choosing the Dehradun package, arrive at the meeting point before 7:30 AM.
Accommodation is in alpine tents on a sharing basis.
Meals are simple vegetarian meals served as per itinerary.
Weather in the mountains can change quickly; delays and route adjustments are possible.
Carry valid ID and any personal medication you may need.
The Pantwari option starts directly from Pantwari village and does not include Dehradun transfers.
